This fundamental educational textbook is part of the international SPARE project. The manual is intended for use in the lessons of the natural science cycle at school, at school electives and extracurricular activities for children 10-14 years old. This manual was developed and refined with the participation of teachers and experts from public organizations on the basis of more than 15 years of testing and active use in schools and other educational institutions.
