RSEU Conference “Climate, Energy, and Resources – Solutions for the Future”, 7-8th November 2019
Each year NGOs and scientific experts meet to discuss environmental hot topics. This November 115 people from 29 Russian regions and foreign guests took part in annual conference.
The first day of conference discussed the global issue of climate change and possible ways to avoid the crisis. Also, recently waste management topic became one of the most challenging issues for Russia, thus the whole day of event was devoted to this topic.

The conference adopted a Statement of Russian non-governmental organizations to the Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP25) which will be held in Madrid this December. Also RSEU position on municipal solid waste management was adopted.
